1. Using Hueyear

By installing or using Hueyear you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Hueyear on devices you own. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork.

3. Hueyear Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play and is tied to your Google account. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Use “Restore purchase” in the app to unlock Pro again on a new phone.

4. Your content

Moods, notes, dates and photos you add belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

5. No warranty

Hueyear is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but some phone makers limit live wallpapers and background updates, so we cannot guarantee it behaves identically on every device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
